Unfortunately Pheonix Pass has closed. The owner of the sim decided that he wasn’t going to rent or sell the sim and has closed it. There isn’t anything anyone could of done to prevent this it is clearly the choice of the owner and his alone. Please do not IM him with your angry words as it will only cause more problems for Sigil and not change anything.
